1.What type of baked goods do you offer?
-We source globally to select high quality natural ingredients and ensure greater quality control of the finished items.
2. How many days' notice do you require for an Advance Order?
– Preferably we require minimum 1 week advance for orders. However, we understand that some situations may require shorter notice, so please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
3. I have placed an Advance Order. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
-You will receive a confirmation via email upon payment.
4. Which payment method do you accept?
Payment is accepted via PayNow or bank transfer to our company account
5. Is cash upon delivery accepted?
No, it is not accepted. You will have to make payment before we can proceed with your order.
6. What are the delivery charges
– Our delivery charges would vary depending on location
7. Can I Self- Collect for my schedule date order?
– Yes, Self- Collection can be arranged for your order on the scheduled date and time
